Service Description
From May 2026 onwards, appointments on Tuesdays & Thursdays are only available via Telehealth (video or phone). You can enjoy your appointment from the comfort of you own home and following your appointment your prescription and plan will be sent to you for conveniently ordering via Vital.ly.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: For all general naturopathy consultations, please give us 48 hours notice or more, should you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel within 48 hours we do have a 50% cancellation fee. For Fertility consultations, we kindly require 7 days notice to avoid the cancellation fee of 50%. Thank you for understanding.
